I'm a 37 yr old woman and mother of a 15 year old boy.  I'm going through a horrible divorce and we have no assets that were obtained or gained during the 14 yr marriage.

I went to the dentist 1 yr ago for a front tooth that I thought needed a root canal, but was told it needs to be pulled. I couldn't bare the thought of walking and working with a missing tooth. The dentist pulled the tooth and had to shave all my front teeth down for a bridge.  He put a parital in and I can't afford 4,000+ for the final and was not informed that the temporary would only hold for a few months.  My temporary is cracked and has a hole in the backside. I have a very hard time eating, I have lost 20 pounds and now weigh 130 lbs.  I need to know if there is a dentist out there that would let me make monthly payments.  I have bad credit from my bad marriage and it all interlinks.  I'm currently working for a reputable firm, but they dont offer medical or dental benefits.

Please help me, I pray every day to the Lord to help me find a way to solve this problem which is causing so many other health problems for me.  I'm not a vain woman but I believe I'm beautiful inside and out, but my teeth are not doing well at all and that is putting it mildly.
